How to Make Tilapia Embutido

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Wash fish meat.
  2. Squeeze and chop meat.
  3. Mix salt to fish meat until tacky.
  4. Add other ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Wrap in aluminum foil.
  6. Steam for 45 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool and store in freezer.
