I have a duck that does not care for her babies. I have had to raise them before but they were a couple of days older. These have just hatched and are barely able to walk. She managed to loose them though and leave them out of the nest to die. I have to say it was in part do to the male harassing her I took him out but not in time to keep two of the babies from getting lost and left out in the cold.
